Privacy Policy

This website, knifeandstonenewnan.com, is operated by Knife and Stone, a restaurant at 30 Perry St, Newnan, GA 30263. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you send us a message or a reservation request through a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message or request, such as the date you would like to visit and the size of your party. Our forms are powered by Fluent Forms, and submissions are stored in this website’s database.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to manage your reservation request. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

We retain form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or manage your reservation request, and we periodically delete older entries. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, the type of device and browser you use, and your general location (city or region). This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it only to improve the website.

Google describes how it handles this data in the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent analytics cookies by adjusting the cookie settings in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Pages on this site may include embedded content from other websites, such as maps or videos. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website directly. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Our homepage includes an embedded Google Map showing our location. When the map loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run this website: Google, which provides the analytics service and the embedded map described above, and our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its database, including form submissions. These providers have access only to the data they need to provide their services to us.

If you have submitted a form on this site, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
